I booked a trip to Europe for the end of May on ac.com. Outbound in on AC on a latitude fare. On the return, I ended up on LH because it is the only direct flight from FRA to YVR for that day and I did not want to connect in YYZ on the return. The return leg is booked in Latitude as well and the AC website says I get two free bags (plus an additional A*G bag) plus free preferred seat.

When I try to book a seat on LH.com (it is not possible on AC.com) I am asked to pay C$170. Does anyone have an idea how to go about it. Call the concierge and have them figure it out? Also does anyone know what booking class Latitude books into on LH metal?
