1) It's governmental and not just ours.All the cutlery on AA is plastic (sorry I know that is no recommendation and that some people's plastic is naffer than others)

2) If you are going to be naff you may as well be 100% naff with the whole outfit.

3) We HATE it, the passengers HATE it, and unless you say something it will be here for keeps

4) Why have you not bombarded BA with complaints? You haven't.
