Those were all speculations but we don't actually know. The bottom line is there is now no meaningful restriction in place any more for any dining establishment in LA County other than 6 ft social distance - they do that by reducing max in door occupancy by a % based on square footage of the establishment. So the fact that Centurion Lounge is still doing takeout only is 100% an Amex business decision. Opening up the lounge to full operation has high fixed costs (you need the same number of employees even with reduced capacity) and TBIT doesn't have the traffic volume of the other terminals. I believe this was the case the entire time, but that is also just speculation.
