My wife received the points for the first three lines, but not the Bonus Points for the last two lines (restaurants and grocery stores).

The same happened last month. This is definitely something about which to remain vigilant.
I wonder if Marriott is waiting until the end of the promo to post? But why would Chase say that they have sent the points to Marriott?
I foresee some mutual finger-pointing ahead, as already referenced in this thread.
