Good catch. Not sure why I assumed this was an award ticket (or in J, for that matter). My mistake. If it is a revenue ticket, then there's really no reason why DL cannot get the OP accommodated on KE metal ICN-MNL (whether on KE or DL coded flight). KE is definitely selling seats ICN-MNL in December, as the OP is already aware.
