I passed by last week for my mandatory stop to sit in the rocking chairs and watch the passers-by (this time we played a game of counting mask vs no-mask), and the hotel was very quiet. I can't say for sure the lounge is not open, but since it is closed at the Sheraton Waikiki, I would say there is a 99% chance it is also closed at the Moana and the hotel has the same limited services today as indicated in recent prior stays noted upthread.
