Does anyone see their vaccine status on their NHS app by any chance? I heard Matt Hancock say we should do by Monday if I'm correct?
You will only easily see your vaccine status on the NHS app after the second dose. But this thread gives information about what you can do in the meantime:

(It's for UK residents rather than citizens)

Needle phobia is common and not something to be too concerned about so long as you know about it, and doesn't stop you getting important vaccines and so long as you can communicate it clearly in a health care setting. It's not something that usually needs treatment, indeed it's quite appropriate to be very wary about sharp things! I've given some advice here:
