Yeh I agree re pain - nothing at all. It was barely a scratch. I actually have considered seeing a doctor about my phobia, because it is just something I have never managed to shake off. I feel a bit of pain now in the arm but took a couple of paracetemol, we'll see how I go tomorrow.

You will only easily see your vaccine status on the NHS app after the second dose. But this thread gives information about what you can do in the meantime:

Needle phobia is common and not something to be too concerned about so long as you know about it, and doesn't stop you getting important vaccines and so long as you can communicate it clearly in a health care setting. It's not something that usually needs treatment, indeed it's quite appropriate to be very wary about sharp things! I've given some advice here:
