I arrive this coming Wednesday, my plan is to tip $20 each day for housekeeping and $10 for lunch and $20 for dinner. In my mind this makes a better tip than the straight 15% and gives something directly to the individual.

What about the personal concierge? I am asking because I have never been somewhere like this. Don't even know what I would do with that person but hate the idea he/she loses out because of that.
