I had the same problem. Base points posted as expected but the bonus did not. Reached out to Chase via SM, was told everything looks good on their end. Sent Chase another SM with a screenshot of the Marriott account. Was told I'd hear back within 5 business days. The 5 days passed and never received another message but I did get the missing bonus points. It might be worth messaging Chase to see what they say
Same situation. Sent Chase SM with MB screenshot attached. Will see how long it takes to resolve.
