I arrive this coming Wednesday, my plan is to tip $20 each day for housekeeping and $10 for lunch and $20 for dinner. In my mind this makes a better tip than the straight 15% and gives something directly to the individual.

Im not loaded with cash, but I want to take care of the staff as best as I can.
