Experience from my wife (crew at BA) and other colleagues of her is that, if somebody tests positive on the flight, NHS England will ask the whole flight to isolate. NHS Scotland will go even one step forward: if somebody tests positive x (where x is less than 10) days after a flight, then the whole flight is asked to self-isolate.
