isolation requirement if positive test found on flight

is there any information someone can refer me to about what different countries require in terms of isolation should someone on a flight test positive?

in particular, the uk usually has a 2m rule, but i believe for flights it is two rows, does anyone have any reference for this?

did this change when enforced quarantine was announced?
