Yes, both confirmed to be leaving (sadly). Read it at Heads for Points blog (HT to Raffles) a few days ago.

I was going to stay at Grand Tirolia end of the year, but for a while only top level rooms were available at 900€ plus and then of late it showed "Coming soon".

La Bagnaia we stayed a few years ago (40k HH points) and it was a nice place overall and decent value I felt. A car was highly recommended though. Anyways, these kind of properties are really a gap in many programs. IHG also losing IC Davos in Switzerland by end of the month. YMMV.
