Guessing this would be Canadian Airlines CP1 or CP7 depending on where it was off to YYZ-YVR on a 744
Connecting on an Air BC DH-8-100 to SEA and then a Horizon F-28-1000 to Medford.

2nd permutation could be PDX instead of sEA for the 2nd connection point.
