UA is correct, and the routing via ORD and SFO is correct, but surprisingly all three jets are incorrect as you have guessed them (one is on a different leg)
Toronto to Medford... Toronto to Chicago aboard a 747, Chicago to San Francisco aboard a DC-10 and San Francisco to Medford aboard a 737-200.
