So then - Toronto to Medford... this sounds like United and frankly there could be any number of different aircraft between Toronto and Chicago. It's a short flight but I once flew it aboard a UA DC-10 in 1993. Anyway, let's go with United all the way --> Toronto to Chicago aboard a 737-300, Chicago to San Francisco aboard a 747-400 and San Francisco to Medford aboard a 727-200.
99B- yeah, this one is certainly the easiest to attempt to pick off

UA is correct, and the routing via ORD and SFO is correct, but surprisingly all three jets are incorrect as you have guessed them (one is on a different leg)
