If I can give you a single piece of advice, particularly with that many countries on your list, it’d be to avoid the UK. The chance of all of them being on the green list, and therefore quarantine not being required in some form, is remote.
Thanks - I am for sure rolling the dice on this. I have that option to go to Greece instead and a second option is to push my schedule back 2 weeks. I am just going to wait it out and try not to buy a bunch of train tickets or museum tickets until just before I go. I was able to get back all but $300 from last year when I didn't use free cancellation on my hotels and one train only gave back 50%. Worst-worst case is I have to reschedule for 2022. It's going to be a madhouse in Europe for 2022 so I am trying to avoid that.
