Qatar Airways website problem - trying to view booking / and select seat..
I enter the booking # and the it asks for contact details:

then I get this message.
  • We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.
  • The same frequent flyer number has been entered more than once. Please validate your entries and try again. (1302)
  • Sorry, We are unable to update your contact details.
I just joined Privilege CLub and can assign my booking to my account...but can't ENHANCE IT due to this message.

It's an AA Award booking with 2 flights on Qatar.
