Yea, Hyatt hasn't matched in a while besides with MLife due to their partnership. With your friend not having any casino status, and Hyatt and Wyndham not matching, there's not many options left besides what I mentioned above.

Edit to add: Just remembered another option for matching that doesn't get mentioned often. If your friend happens to have status with Royal Caribbean and or Celebrity Cruises, he/she can get matched into MLife as they also have partnership with them. I believe it's RC Emerald or higher and Celebrity Select or higher (double check as I may be wrong since it''s been a while) which matches to MLife Gold then to CR Diamond.
