I just tried to book a rewards reservation and I am stuck in website loop-hell. There is no longer "use rewards" checkmark in search. I go to rewards activity and click "use points" button - it brings me back to main page. Sometimes I find that I am not logged in any more.
Is this the new normal? Has anyone gotten it working recently?
