Thanks for your reply pauldb. I am seeing a contradiction

In the T&Cs it say:

“Changes to the date and time of flights can only be made up to 1 full day before outbound departure“

i read this as meaning the departure from the UK? But the link you sent specifies for each flight not just the outbound departure.
