Islands moving to Level 1
Moray remaining at Level 3 ( inc travel to/from Moray not recommended)
International travel to follow traffic light system ( as per England) ( although she recommeds caution)
Indoor gatherings to be allowed ( with hugs)
Alcohol can be served indoors in bars and restaurants until 2230
Indoor group exercises allowed
Cinemas bingo halls and amusement arcades to re open
Indoor concerts can resume ( may be limited capacity)
