I know you mentioned that you opened a ticket, and I hope that gets the issue resolved.

I've been able to help a couple others on this board when the same thing happened, it could be that your email provider for some reason bounced some emails back to us, or we found some other causes as well.

If you'd like to DM me a couple confirmation numbers, I'd be happy to see if there is anything I can find.
