Did you use a credit card? I would just initiate a chargeback, that should get them to either perk up and come back with the receipt as evidence (yours to print and frame, if desired) or grant you the chargeback, in which case you won't need a receipt.
And, may be banned from flying JetBlue in the future, because you did actually get the service you were charged for - you just want the receipt, which is a different matter. Chargebacks aren't just way to say 'pay attention to me' to a company - they're also very much a way to get on the "We don't ever want to do business with you again" list.
