Fort Lee is a new build; I've had many chances to watch it being built while transiting Route 4 to the GWB.

Since this is the Hyatt Forum, I agree that Fort Lee likely is the best option over the HPs in Fair Lawn and Secaucus (I'm one and done with the latter). As for me, Fort Lee is about halfway between Bergen County and our place in lower Manhattan so I've booked my next stay for later this month at an IHG property in Bergen.
