OT but fun fact - you can't actually have two airplanes airborne with the same flight number, so a new flight number is created for ATC for these stubbed flights. At Southwest, those start with 9001 and go up sequentially as needed, resetting every day. If you ever see SWA90xx on a flight tracker then you know it was part of a stub.
