Bingo. I found myself making all sorts of unnatural contortions to work within the extremely limited capabilities of the Delta website - generally spending more money than I would if they would just answer the phone. A week ago I decided enough is enough and shifted all family travel through Thanksgiving over to WN and AS. Will call Delta to cancel about a dozen bookings eventually and push the funds to 2022.

None of this matters to Delta but I’m finally resuming business travel this month (domestic only) and I’m thinking that goes to WN as well. Delta should care about that a little more.
