You are all making this very complicated. If you are moving to Austria your belongings get shipped there as personal belongings and that’s pretty much it. Your moving company or freight forwarder will handle customs paperwork. This entire process is not interested in your citizenship. Unless you are transporting commercial goods, you really have nothing to be concerned about. I have done this many times in both directions.
