Given that it's 3 weeks before the flight it's most likely just a weird glitch with the app, the flight is still being sold with the 12:15a scheduled departure time at aa.com and elsewhere.

If it was a true schedule change and AA moved the departure time up you would only see the new departure time in the app.

I wouldn't worry, will probably work itself out over the coming days.
