I had thought VS schedule change policy was for a change over 12 hours allowed a refund but according to
to the T&Cs - para 21.2 (b) i it's
3 hours
(b) We will give you the choice of a refund, or to be booked onto another one of our flights, if the new scheduled departure time is:
i) more than three (3) hours from the previous departure time; or
But you still need to go via the OTA to either reschedule the flight or cancel and refund it and pay any of the OTAs fees that they may levy for doing either of these things.
