Oh, if that's a permanent change, then that's a nice development. The Garuda Lounge is much better (better air conditioning) than the Plaza Premium, although food still pretty much inedible.
For Me the win is that the Garuda lounge is much closer to the terminal entrance and the gate Qatar uses.
