I also received the -10K points on my statement and rang up to query. The lady asked me if I had recently canceled or tried to cancel my card and was offered 10K points to stay. I told her that neither was correct and she then went off for a few minutes and then told me it was a mistake and the 10K point deduction would be rectified within 5-7 days.
