Got a response from the property. Deduct $30 for adults and $15 for kids from the meal plan rates if breakfast is already included.

Then each portion of the meal plan is roughly:
Meal Adult/Child
Breakfast $30/$15
Lunch $60/$30
Dinner $100/$50
All-Inclusive Perks $40/$20
which makes sense since that’s the exact lunch & dinner F&B credit for Velaa.

But based on the info from the property, child meal plans are half priced but might still get the same F&B credit at Velaa.
