Well numbers in Turkey are pretty high by European standards. The UK seemingly is also concerned about major air hubs hence the suggestion that super connectors in the middle east could remain on the red list for the foreseeable future even if the countries themselves are improving, maybe they consider IST in the same vein. I bet we will see more of this whack-a-mole approach for the months to come.
