I know the main difference is 3X MR points for car rentals vs. 2X UR points on the CSP.

But is there a substantial difference in car rental insurance benefits for rentals in Europe?

Is CSP still primary if you refuse CDW or is that only the Sapphire Reserve?

Also, in many countries "CDW" is required and you can't really refuse it? Even from branches of US rental companies like Hertz or Avis?
