The only thing left to purchase in the Skymiles Marketplace are Delta Gift Cards and magazine subscriptions. They removed hotels, rental cars, and other merchandise/gift card options awhile ago. The redemption rates were truly awful near the end (you'd be lucky to get .5 CPM of value from your miles), so you aren't really missing anything.
