on 1.: Sometimes I long for the reverse down here in LA. "I said 'BUR'!!! Don't show me flights out of SNA, LAX, ONT, SBA (!??!)..."
on 2.: I've found ual.com very unreliable on showing available flights. e.g. Search on "8am" for a flight that leaves at 8:05am and it doesn't find it. Search on "Morning" for the same flight and it does find it. Never trust that ual.com has given you all the options.
