Amex's business model is that they sell access to us. So they are probably paying Equinox little to nothing. Equinox in turn hopes that we spend money on their enhanced services. So it is probably pointless to complain to Amex about Equinox or any of the partner benefits we receive. You should be complaining instead to the partners you wish were connected to Centurion.
