Note that if you sign up for the Reserve and aren't planning to use the Platinum, you can cancel the Platinum card and your spend toward the MQM waiver will carry over (e.g., you may wish to do this if your annual fee is coming due soon and you aren't targeting the MQM boosts on the Platinum card).
