As others have said they “typically” show up right away, but in the beginning of Covid I had a few that didn’t. If you manually search by the 006 number and see a coupon status of “OPEN” that’s reasonable assurance the ticket is just fine and eligible to be used as a credit for future travel (just requiring a call in to DL to book). If the ticket says “EREF” that means it’s refunded, “EXCH” means it’s been exchanged and the value applied to another ticket.
I try searching for the ticket number and it can't be found. It only shows up under receipts. I am in the queue now waiting for a callback so I can find out what is happening.
To further complicate matters, I used a voucher as part of the purchase though it was mostly on a Delta credit card.
Kind of seems like it is either in limbo, or has gone to the refunds department. I think this is my first outright cancellation of a revenue ticket.
I'll know in two hours and thirty minutes (maybe)!
