You got that right. I already argued against this in a prior post in this thread. Because of covid the cancellation policy of prepaid or postpaid rates are the same (1 day before check in), so the BGR team would consider the lowest prepaid rate when comparing it to OTAs. Stupid rule but that's how it goes.
