FYI/FWIW - SLO continues its buildout of former farmland and is adding this TPS just off of the Los Osos exit from the 101:

TownePlace Suites San Luis Obispo

Looks like a standard issue Gen 2 TPS with 4 floors and 113 rooms (1 king and 2 queen studios + 1 king and 1 queen suites). Web pages says opening in July 2021.
