I am gong to book a flight on the Chase travel portal using my Ultimate Rewards. I am sure that this is not the best use of my points but I couldn't figure anything else out.

My question is whether there would be a way to book UAL tickets through the portal and still get a checked bag free since I have a Mileage Plus credit card?
