How long for the credit from a cancelled ticket to appear in Delta account
Sorry for the new thread, couldn't find a thread that matched.
I had a phone agent cancel a ticket for me this morning. The itinerary disappeared immediately from delta.com, but the credit for the ticket has not yet shown up.
It was purchased in March, though it was really a rebooking of a previously booked ticket. It had been rebooked several times.
It's non-refundable so I'm expecting a credit, just wondering how long it will take to show up.
I will be buying a ticket next week through the work travel agent, and will need the credit to upgrade to domestic FC.;
