Oh I have no problem with the folks that take their disabled dogs out for a walk, in fact I have seen quite a few that have harness's with wheels attached. But that is not what I find bizarre. The most hilarious thing is watching a tiny mutt take a poop at the top of a hill only to have it roll down with the owner running after it trying to scoop it up.
