Well, I didn't ask because when I was waiting to check in, I heard the front desk employee tell the guests he was checking in that upgrades cost like $85 or so per night. The guests were also hyatt members but not sure what their status was. But again, when I checked in, not a blip was said about my status. Maybe if I brought it up, I could have gotten something?
