If it was a resort at the time of your stay I think it is unconscionable that they would not give you the credit. I would reach out to the Lurker for resolution.
We stayed in April of this year. They seem to claim it came off the list on March 1 and it's no longer an eligible resort. Personally, I don't think it was ever on the list. Reports here and elsewhere seem to indicate that it used to trigger the credit.
