I can't speak for the Zilara side, but I can say for Ziva the cabanas are no longer included. As a gift, they offered us 3 days of cabana use for our 7 night stay (subject to availability) as a Globalist, but said it is no longer typically included due to the large amount of Globalist they've had.

Also I will note that the immigration lines were crazy when we arrived. Luckily we had an infant in a stroller so we were put in the special assistance line, but most normal passengers were waiting well over an hour to get through immigration.
