probably not but as with most things, it might depend.

you should definitely inquire from both Cameroon export authorities and the US Customs. It is possible that even if Cameroon might allow it to leave the country the US will not let in. You might want to ask US authorities under what circumstances it can be brought in and then research if you can source material meeting the US conditions in Cameroon. OR, work it the other way 'round - find out how you can source the material in Cameroon and then ask US Customs if it is allowed.
