First, you would have a barrier at the security checkpoint; even if you get rid of that which is almost impossible as they now scan your boarding pass at the security checkpoint.
Plus, when scanning your boarding pass while entering the lounge even though the turnstile gates could open, the agent monitoring those gates would see an issue at his computer and tell you that you are at the wrong lounge and you are not supposed to be there.
